March 31, 2016 - Riley!!!

Riley you need to find a guy named Austin Putnam who works at discovery ranch, he started 3 weeks ago. He's one of my investigators.

So todays been pretty weird, besides it being my first Pday. This morning on our way to switch out our bed sheets, I got ditched by my companion who went off with another Elder in our Zone and two other Elders from my district. It kinda pissed me off because they didn't tell anybody what they were doing and none of them have the power to authorize a split, only me and one other Elder can do that. Next we don't get nice food in our Pday clothes, only when you are dressed in a shirt and tie can you get into the lunch room. So I have a sack breakfast that sucks so i'm eating it while writing.

Elder ------ is boging me down, all he does is whine all day and doesn't prepare or study anything because he says "the Spirit will help me" well Christ can't draw from an empty well and you have to put forth the effort in order to get help and he just can't get that through his head. It suck but i'm used to having to pull a weak young mans wait, i'm thankful for the blessings from the Priest's Quorum. (If he doesn't change, I doubt he lasts in the field)

I'm supper excited for today though, we're going to the temple and I convinced everyone but Elder ------ to do the endowment session, and not just Initiatory.

It's so hard to end these emails, plus all I want to do is call you, I never liked texting or emails.

Well I have stuff I should be doing so im going to get to it. I just love you all so much I needed to try to get in another email, pictures will come soon.

March 31, 2016 - Another friggin email

My Companions are still emailing so I guess I will too. My laundry is already done so I just have to wait for them to finish theirs. If they would have just came with me their stuff would be done, but that's none of my business.

Dad, Elder Dick in my district is from Canada and is a hunter. I was telling him how you were going to do a barrel swap on that 300 Ultra but then I couldn't remember what it was going to make it, let me know.

Also make sure I get some Samurai pics so they know what im talking about. Its hard to explain especially when I refuse to call them jeeps. Oh and one of my investigators worked at Contractor's Recourse, Chad Talbot. He said he worked for Chad about a year ago and all I remember is that Chad promised my Investigator a job as a salesman and then dropped him behind a desk instead so he quit. Pretty Crazy

Elder Black is really cool too. He's from Salt Lake and played Rugby, and was big in the FFA.

March 31,2016 - Whats Up!!

Hey everybody, everything is still going awesome! The days are finally getting faster and easier. I don't fall asleep during class like I would at school so that's awesome! The classes are long and hard but we can always look forward to the mission field where you only have to study for two hours in the morning instead of four. I have been writing letters for a couple of days after writing in my journal, I don't know if that's against the rules or not but at least I wasn't going to send them until today. I forgot to bring my camera so I'll have to send you another email later.

Im sorry Cassie, I know you guys have been doing better all year, you deserved to do better than fourth but I know you tried your hardest even if others didn't.

Dad, Im sorry I left you with the women. If I could have I would have brought you with me so you could have a better chance of survival. Im glad you were able to finish the oven, I hope it works. See if it'll do HotPockets. When you put in a V6 well have to build an oven for it to (most likely you'll have to) if there is even enough room for one.

I hope Riley and Amanda are doing well! I think about Riley a lot, I try to imagine what he would be doing to get through the hard parts in the MTC, it helps a lot except when I think he would have called someone a fairy. (I've resisted so far)

I trying to make sure this is a good one, but I've got like 2 or 3 letters already and i plan on writing more to send today. I have a list of some stuff I need, nothing major so don't stress. It'll just be easier to send it now while i'm in the MTC.

Well I have to switch my wash and get breakfast, talk to you later!!!
